📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of material inventory and usage.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with project teams to address material-related issues.,Participate in project meetings and provide updates on material status.,Support the development and implementation of materials management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in materials coordination or procurement.,Strong knowledge of materials management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and business culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
