📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and optimize our data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
• Support our team with data-driven insights and reports, leveraging tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with our HR consultants and clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Implement and manage data security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Stay updated with the latest data management trends and best practices.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and processes.
• Participate in project planning and execution to support our business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data management, database administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing tools like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
