• Oversee and manage daily assembly operations to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Monitor production metrics, including output, quality, and efficiency, to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to assembly team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize production workflows.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics for reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly supervision or a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment, including assembly line operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, is highly desirable.
