📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess potential borrowers to determine their creditworthiness and suitability for our loan products.
• Explain our credit products and services to potential borrowers, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
• Drive loan applications to completion by guiding borrowers through the application process and ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers to monitor their loan performance and provide support as needed.
• Collaborate with the loan officers and operations team to ensure that our credit products are effectively marketed and that our borrowers have a positive experience with our institution.
• Provide financial literacy training and education to borrowers to help them make informed financial decisions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to credit marketing and loan origination.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit marketing and financial inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of microfinance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
