In this role, you will daily interact with clients from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, assisting them with their travel needs. You will use our advanced booking systems, such as Sabre and Amadeus, to create customized travel itineraries. Your expertise will be crucial in managing luxury and corporate travel requirements, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist Mandarin-speaking clients with travel planning and booking, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Utilize Sabre and Amadeus booking systems to create and manage travel itineraries.
• Provide expert advice on luxury and corporate travel options, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist in the organization and execution of corporate travel programs, including meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in luxury and corporate travel.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• 2-5 years of experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Sabre and Amadeus booking systems.
• Strong knowledge of luxury and corporate travel markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the travel industry in Bali is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
