• Manage guest inquiries and reservations using PMS (Property Management System)

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk or receptionist roles in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System) and other relevant hospitality software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with eco-friendly practices and sustainability initiatives
