📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze and document current HR processes and systems
- Gather and validate business requirements from stakeholders
- Create and maintain business process models and flowcharts
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR solutions
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR system documentation
- Provide training and support to end-users on new HR systems
- Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
