📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to meet daily demand.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Work closely with chefs to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and usage.
• Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new recipes and menu items.
• Ensure that all equipment and utensils are in good working condition and available for use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a baking role.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
