📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the design and development of analog integrated circuits, with a focus on radiation-hardened (Rad Hard) technologies.
  • Develop and implement design methodologies and best practices for analog IC design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of analog ICs into larger systems.
  • Conduct research and development to stay at the forefront of analog IC design technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns in the team.
  • Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Represent Renesas Electronics at industry conferences, workshops, and seminars.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in analog IC design, with a strong focus on radiation-hardened technologies.
  • Proven track record of successful projects in analog IC design.
  • Strong knowledge of analog circuit design techniques, including amplifiers, filters, and data converters.
  • Experience with radiation-hardened (Rad Hard) design methodologies and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
