📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Write clear, concise, and accurate instructions, manuals, and guides.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest features and updates.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability.,Work with graphic designers to incorporate visual elements into the documentation.,Provide technical support and answer questions from customers and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
