In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Handle cash transactions, including sales, refunds, and customer payments.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining a positive work environment.,Generate and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports.,Participate in store promotions and special events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required; English proficiency is a plus.
