In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement onboarding programs and processes for new employees.,Coordinate with hiring managers and departments to gather information and requirements for onboarding.,Assist new employees with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.,Provide orientation and training to new employees to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and benefits.,Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee information.,Assist with the integration of new employees into the team and company culture.,Provide support and resources to new employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding or HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a BPO or shared services environment is a plus.
