📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil and structural elements of hospitality projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Perform cost estimates and prepare project schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality or construction industry.
• Professional engineering license is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
