Cloud Glow Jaya is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate training needs and design programs to address those needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Provide ongoing support and feedback to participants.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with company goals.,Maintain records of training programs and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in remote work is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
