📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of Indonesian dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Create and follow recipes, menus, and food preparation instructions.,Ensure all food is prepared to the required standard of quality and presentation.,Manage food costs and stock levels, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and that food waste is minimized.,Train and supervise junior staff members, ensuring that they are able to perform their tasks to a high standard.,Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are exceptional.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the culinary world.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.,Passionate about food and committed to providing exceptional dining experiences.
