• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user engagement and drive sales.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize digital platforms and marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Collaborate with local partners and influencers to expand our marketplace reach.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or marketplace growth.
• Proven track record of driving growth in e-commerce or digital marketplaces.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing programs are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
