📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees on career development and growth opportunities.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
