📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and stock control.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform at their best.
  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve warehouse operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
