Makmur Yoga Spareparts is looking for an experienced Lead Site Engineer to oversee our operations in Ambon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site engineering and a proven track record of managing and maintaining our facilities. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our business and the safety of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Conduct regular inspections of the site, identifying any potential hazards or areas for improvement.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the long-term reliability and safety of our facilities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations are aligned with the overall goals of the company.,Monitor and report on the performance of the site, providing regular updates to management.,Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times, and that appropriate measures are in place to mitigate any potential risks.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and service providers to ensure that we have access to the materials and support we need to maintain our facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in engineering or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of site engineering principles and practices, including maintenance, safety, and project management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.,A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
