📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain purchasing strategies to meet company objectives.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.,Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.,Oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and implement training programs for purchasing staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and business practices.
