📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.
  • Planning and executing daily routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Maintaining and inspecting vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Monitoring fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Conducting regular team meetings to discuss performance and address any issues.
  • Reporting to management on vehicle condition, fuel usage, and any operational issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Valid SIM A license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Good knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions in Indramayu.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and repair.
