📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a specific section within the company, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and achieve set targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.,Monitor and report on section performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Recruit, train, and develop a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
