📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network and computer systems.
• Provide on-site IT support to employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, implementing system updates and improvements as needed.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our IT operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Proficiency in using IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Wireshark.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
