📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver exceptional results.
• Inspect and maintain construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
• Ensure all construction work is completed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Train and mentor junior construction workers to ensure high standards of workmanship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
