📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet, including vehicles and drivers.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel purchases.,Assist in the preparation and organization of vehicle documentation and records.,Support in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator as needed.,Assist in the resolution of fleet-related issues and concerns.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management systems and software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is an advantage.
