📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor and maintain vehicle condition and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.,Train and mentor new delivery drivers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of the local area and excellent navigation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with company's delivery software and systems.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Commitment to customer satisfaction and company values.
