📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening job applicants through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and scheduling.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
