📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on production processes.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity.,Address and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Provide regular reports on production progress and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the automotive industry.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the automotive industry.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
