📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in planning and executing store events and promotions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in stock taking and inventory management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail or store management role.,Proven track record in sales and customer service.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
