Seven Retail Group is seeking a dedicated Student Progress Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting student progress in our Sales Education program. Your primary goal will be to ensure that students achieve their learning objectives and successfully transition into the workforce.
This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Raya. The salary range for this role is IDR 5000000 - 6000000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure they are on track to meet their learning objectives.Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that students may be facing in their learning journey.Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation.Collaborate with instructors and other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.Provide academic and career guidance to students to help them make informed decisions about their future.Conduct regular check-ins with students to assess their progress and provide support as needed.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and training.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or training industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of educational technology and online learning platforms.Commitment to student success and a passion for education.Lowongan Terkait
