As a Junior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets or exceeds performance targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations and standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
