📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and managing daily menus and special events.,Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and hygiene.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.,Assist in training and developing junior staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics such as sales, customer feedback, and staff productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to changes in schedules.
