E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist (Finance Focus)

You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that boost our digital presence and revenue.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Tokopedia.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Analyze sales data and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Train and mentor junior team members on e-commerce and digital marketing best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a strong finance focus.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
