📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze daily sales and operational expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports using SAP and other financial software.
- Conduct regular audits of mobile retail stores to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profit margins.
- Collaborate with mobile retail managers to address financial issues and provide solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail cost management.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Provide financial training and support to mobile retail staff on cost control best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Cost Management or Financial Analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail operations and mobile retail management is a plus.
